how much does it cost to fix these things on a 95 chrysler lebaron?

1. convertible top that doesnt go down all the way and when it is put up, the hooks dont always match to the latches and you need to keep putting it up and down until they can hook together
2. drivers side door that stays locked and can only be opened from the inside by holding up the lock, pulling on the inside door handle and pushing the door
3. rear windows that wont go down
4. and how much would it cost to get rid of the pinstriping on it and make the paint shiny and smooth again?
 
What your trying to do here is polish a turd. The money spent on these repairs will never be gained back and it would be a very bad investment to put this money in a car that is only worth less than 2 grand. Your best bet would be for you to sell the car for whatever you could get for it and buy something used that you like and that needs no money put into it. Good luck with it.
