You'd be surprised how easy it is to replace this radiator by yourself if you have any experience at all with self-maintenance on these Toyotas. Don't even consider getting the old one repaired.
Seriously, it's difficult to w try to weld aluminum radiator cores without pinching off the leaking core tube. Once that's done you've lost 5-8% of the cooling capacity of the radiator.
As you know cars today have only one row of cooling tubes. I'd scrape up some money for a completely new radiator and solve the problem permanantly.
