How much does it cost to fix a broken lock on the outside handle of a honda civic?

I have a 2005 honda civic and I went to stick the key in the lock on the drivers side today and it will go in, but it won't unlock the door. It's like it's all rigid and jammed. How do I fix this?

And if I need to get a new handle, how much do you think it might cost?
