How much does it cost subway to make a footlong sub?

If I was to go into subway and order the most expensive $5 Sub lets say Chicken Bacon Ranch and get it with the works + Ranch, Mayo, Mustard Salt & Pepper how much do you think it would cost them to make it? Include the 5-10 mins of labor?

Is it more than $5?
