It is ordinarily included with the costs of the bicycles, but don't buy one from a department store. The bikes they sell are made of the cheapest materials possible and the people who put them together aren't trained to do it properly. Go to a store that sells nothing but bicycles and bicycle accessories and get a decent one for your money.
