how much does a photography business need to make in order to file for taxes

being under age in NC? I am under age and have started a photography business, I have clients and equipment, I just need to know how to be legal in NORTH CAROLINA, Using my last name as the photography business name and also how does 'DBAs" "Doing Business As" work can the last name be a "DBA?" I dont want to get in trouble with the law and need to know how to file taxes at my age. I am under 16. Also I am making less than $500 and have started a new package of 1,200 which i doubt anyone would buy.
Okay, so i dont have to fill out for DBA?

Also do i file under my parent's name? How do I file and prove ive earned money with no bank account, or checks.
 
If you make over $400 total for the year, you are required to file a federal tax return. And your age has nothing to do with it.
