im trying to give this buyer an estimate about how much the repair/labor would cost. he couldn't continue with the payments so he returned the car but it was damaged.. my uncle has a shop and he's charging $500 for the parts/labor but he is still acting stingy n i already gave him too many chances ever since he got the car last july with no downpayment or anything..how nice is that? at least i kept the title and a copy of each contract he broke for my records...and I feel like taking him to court since he still owes me the november payment.. please help!!! thanks in advance!
