how much does 99 cooking cost on runescape?

right if i get 75 cook with tuna or salmon, (ive got cooking gauntlets)
once im 75 cook ill use lobs to 99, i have 8k lobs in bank, and 1.5m cash left to spend on cooking, if i sell all cooked lobsters, will i b able to get 99 with the 5m tht ive got to spare?
(i mean just with the 5m i started with)
 
umm well i did it from 1 to 99 with 6mil to start but then again its a useless skill next to my 99str and mage
 
proly 5 to 6 m. if ya wanna train cooking with me then we can play together sometime. just shoot me an email and i can show u all sort s of ways to make that 6m cash in like literally 1 day! i make 65m in like 5 weeks
