How much do speakers cost?

I am looking at purchasing a used 2002 Hyundai Accent. There is an issue with the speakers, I haven’t checked them out myself yet, but this is what I know. The stereo is turning on and tuning fine, but there is no sound. The issue might just be the speakers need to be replaced or I might end up having to replace the whole stereo system, or maybe both I’m not sure. I plan on taking it to a mechanic before I purchase it, but I was just wondering if anyone had any input.

What might the problem be?

How much would these different scenarios cost to fix?
 
Here is the wire diagram.if you need to replaced the stereo in it.
Radio 12v orange/black +
Radio Ground black -
Radio Ignition blue/black +
Radio Illumination green/orange +
Factory Amp Turn-on
Power Antenna pink +
LF Speaker +/- red - blue
RF Speaker +/- white - brown
LR Speaker +/- green - orange
RR Speaker +/- orange - blue

The speakers in this car are sizes:All 4 speakers are 5 1/4"
They are sold for as cheap as $39 on this site below.
