i dont know about the habits of other girls, but i like being thin.... With 2000 to 3000 kcals a day, i am about 92 pounds and i am fine with it but then when i let myself go, with chocolates chips pasta and what not to a diet of around 5000 a day for about a week, i gain ten pounds.... I have a huge capacity to eat and am a total foodie but then less food doesnt keep me satisfied and more food keeps me non-skinny...
