well im doing a project and im going to do a japanese restaurant and the teacher needs kinda the exact number and how you find it. so.... how much money does a japanese restaurant make per year on average?

The average one probably makes no money and will be closed by the end of the year due to poor management. Sorry teacher, their is no exact number.
