Asked someone with some graphic design experience (very little) to put together a logo for my potential new business. What should I pay them? This is not their profession.
not too much but you may not have the rights to what they design even if it is your business .had this happen to my friends business the designer kept the logo rights cost him 1000 dollars to get the rights to his own logo ,go figure.
