I am currently looking for a new build home, and i found a house that i like and the salesperson gave me the following discount.
5% off base price (their promotion)
3% for not using agent
5% for getting outside finance
some free upgrades
She said thats the maximum discount she can give me but all the discount she gave me is promotion that is going on in the company. So i was wondering does a salesperson usually authorize to give certain percentage off to buyer? Should i take the offer?
