How much could i lose on my diet + exercising - helppp?

Im going on holiday in 4 weeks and want to drop a dress size..if i eat:

Breakfast - weetabix, semi skimmed milk
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Tuna, light mayonaise and lettuce
Dinner - Grilled skinless chick breast, 5 tbs of white rice and veg

Drink - water + 2 cups of tea

and exercise (cardio) for 45 mins 5 times a week.

How much could i loose? I currently weight 8stone 7 (5 foot)
