How much could I get out of my car?

I have a 1995 neon with a little over 99,000 miles on it. It is in EXCELLENT shape cosmetically. However, every battery I get keeps going bad. My alternator is good I already had it tested. It will run if you jump it, but you do have to jump it in order for it to start. When it does the car runs very good. I paid 1800 for it a year ago. Any idea?
