how much cash will I need to buy a home?

What is the COMPLETE upfront cost of buying a home (like a co-op apartment), other than the 20% down payment? lets say i am in New York State, and my price range is $70,000-$90,000

I know there are closing costs, broker fees, etc. but what are they all and how much should I have saved?
