in the Kootenay mountains? Kelowna, BC being a popular location, is somewhat expensive & crowded. If I were to buy a small rural property in the Kootenays instead, how much would this cost me? The land would have to be big enough for a house, a medium sized personal garden, and 2 greenhouses. As well, the land doesn't need to have a house on it already. If you live in the Kootenays (or even if you don't), can you help me out on this one? Thank you very much!
