How much can I grow with spinal decompression, exercise, and supplements?

I'm 17, and im 5'5. I get 6-7 hours of sleep on schooldays. I was 5'4 half a year ago. I did a lot of exercising, running, and stretching and grew about an inch. But now that i've started my senior year, I don't get to do these things anymore. Busy with AP classes and college apps. I've noticed that I havent been growing. My mom is 5'3-5'4, my dad is 5'10, my brother (25) is 5'11 and my sister (24) is 5'7.

I've also been taking multivitamin supplements and calcium/vitamin D pills. What other supplements should i invest in?? I've heard about over-the-counter HGH supplements. Are these harmful?

I want to grow to be AT LEAST 5'7 or 5'8. Will spinal decompression help me in this? If so, how much will it help me to grow? In my opinion, I have a pretty bad spine. Ever since i was young, i was slouching and my spine has a little curve towards the lower end, but i do not have scoliosis. Im mostly sitting down during my day. I;m going to start running again. What kind of running is good for growth? Light jogging, or intense sprinting/running? Also, for spinal decompression, should i just hang from a pull-up bar, or actually do pullups?
