how much can i get to junk/sell a '02 Dodge Durango? its 4x4, needs trans.,...

it will bring a lot of money and it still needing a transmission,to the right person you could still get about 2500 for it,a tranny isn't that big of deal to buy and replace,if it was near me in tennessee i would buy it to repair and resale,don't give it away though,it hasn't lost all of its value yet,good luck.

Unless you know a guy who can give you a deal,transmission for that trucks going to run $4k easy . But can be done for as little as $5-600 if you got the connects. If not you should donate it to a charity,if you want a nice tax write off. If you go to sell it,I really doubt anybody,especially in this economy will part with more than $1000 for it . Scrap yards will give you $300- maybe as the transmissions are known to be garbage for this year Durango .
