How much can I be charged when browsing the net using my phone?

My family's using the family plan and unlimited text ONLY (and 1500 min-limit call) and we can't use the net at all (it's suckish, i know...) So I'm wondering how much they would charge you if you connect your phone to a WiFi and use the next for instance 30 minutes? How much does the company charge you per minute or per 10 mins? We're using T-Mobile btw.
