How much bigger can I expect my dog to get? And which breed is he most like?

He is a bullmastiff cross boxer with great dane somewhere in there too lol.

He is 5 months old, weighs 21 kg (46 lb) and is the size of a medium dog at the moment.

Which breed does he sound most like, and what do you estimate his final weight to be at. All the vets and everything keep saying his going to be huge.
