How much better a photographer will I be if I buy a 2mp camera with phone?

What are the best settings to maximize this wonderful tool?

Being a good photographer is a skill that you're born with. 2mp is more than the Nikon E3,a professional camera made in 1998.

A better camera will not make you a better photographer. If you want to be a better photographer, study photography and take many, many pictures, preferably black and white pictures.
