I am trying to rig my boat for overnights on the water. Totaled, my layout would be near 100 amps if all features were on at one time. My inverter is half of that number. The rest consists of lighting, gages, pumps, stereo, etc.
My concerns run with winding up dead on the water at 3:00 am. Even with a backup battery I would still be forced to pack up and head home. This system will be brand new wiring and all. I just need to make sure my power source can do what I need of it before I start my install.
Thanks for reading and respoding. All reasonable posts are appreciated.
