How much A (Amperes) Is in the average/stand medium car 12v battery?

Im going to power a Car 300WRMS Subwoofer Amplifier (Infinity reference amp) In my house using a Computer Powersupply, the one ive got now is 18A 12V and my amp clips when i turn it up, Ive seen a 30A 12V PSU and a 60A 12V PSU, if all i need is 30A thats great, the 60A is double the cost and im only 14 so yeah...
Typo in title I ment to say Average/Standard
