Last night my cousin got into an argument with his son in law and things escalated. He pushed him on the ground on the ground and fired a single shot with a handgun and barely missed hitting his hand.
The police were called by his daughter and they arrested him shortly after it happened. His son in law didn't have any physical injuries but was obviously pretty shook up. My cousin's wife and his son (not his son in law) were also arrested for being disorderly. My cousin is in his early 50's and doesn't have any prior criminal history that I know of. This took place in Oklahoma and he is a resident there.
What all can he be charged with? How many years is he likely facing?
