I mean when can you notice a difference in the way you look how many years do you start to age? I know you can change the way you dress I'm 19 (turning 20 in a few months time) and I look the same as I did when I was 16 no difference really. What age will I be before I look older?

you will start noticing changes in your appearance at about age 25. not worse, just different
