Depending how old u are, if u are a young women they only usually happen once a month wen ur on ur period. If ur 50+ u get them alot. I would suggest going to the doctors as they can give u some good advice on tablets/herbal remedies to use to help.
ive had mine consistently for about 5 years. sucks. i always have icey feet and hands..or they are hot and sweaty. i cant wear my cute winter coat beecause i'll sweat. i cant cuddle with my man at night because ill get so hot. im always sweating and having to fan myself.
