How many Us soldiers have died throughout history in order to preserve our freedom?

Ok, according to "Statistical Summary of America's Major Wars," the following is an idea of the total who have died both in combat and from other sources (disease, accident, etc.). Keep in mind this is an older list and only goes to the First Gulf War.

Revolution - Combat: 4,435, Other: Unknown, Total: Unknown
War of 1812 - Combat: 2,260, Other: Unknown, Total: Unknown
Mexican-American War - Combat: 1,733, Other: 11,550, Total: 13,283
American Civil War - Combat: 184,594, Other: 373,458, Total: 558,052
Spanish-American War - Combat: 385, Other: 2,061, Total: 2,446
WWI - Combat: 53,513, Other: 63,195, Total: 116,708
WWII - Combat: 292,131, Other: 115,185, Total: 407316
Korea - Combat: 33,651, Other: Unknown, Total: Unknown
Vietnam - Combat: 47,369, Other: 10,799, Total: 58,168
First Gulf War - Combat: 148, Other: 145, Total: 293

On the ACW that's the combined total of both the Union and the Confederacy. As for the overall total, thanks to those three unknowns on other causes of death leading to unknowns on the total deaths for those wars I can't give you a total. But on combat deaths alone the total is 620,219.
 
Sadly, I think that more have died for reasons OTHER than the preservation of freedom.

I don't have the numbers but can say without hesitation that the number who died fighting for freedom is far, far, far fewer than the number who died believing in their hearts that they were fighting for freedom, but in reality were fighting for banksters and the corporate elite to advance their new world order agenda.

The good news to that reality is that the troops are waking up and tuning in to that much more quickly than the general population. Why do you think the criminal politicians came up with the idea to accelerate citizenship with military service?

Google and search You Tube for footage of the 2,000 strong protest of our troops at the DNC last year. The mainstream media blacked out the story. They would not have protested if they believed they were fighting for freedom.

Also take some time to see why these vets are opposed to the Iraq war. You might be surprised.

We've murdered more babies in the womb,over 40 million,that FAR surpasses ALL military people who have died since the rev. war,so where is the REAL WAR and CASUALTIES? It's in the womb,peace in the womb,murdering babies is violent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
