How many times will Verizon replace a phone before they let you choose a new one??

Remember people....when they say they will replace your phone with a compatible model, it's not all it's cracked up to be.

Let's say you have the enV, they can in fact give you the V as it is fully compatible with the enV. What I'm saying is, whatever features your phone has, they can find the cheapest one that has all the same functions, and give you that one....and it's fully legal.
 
I'M IN THE SAME BOAT! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I'M ON MY 5TH OR 6TH LG VOYAGER REPLACEMENT! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL VERIZON CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS AND ALL THEY KEEP DOING IS SENDING ME A "LIKE NEW" REPLACEMENT THAT JUST HAS A DIFFERENT PROBLEM THAT SOMEONE ELSE SENT IT IN FOR AND DIDN'T GET FIXED. THEY MIGHT AS WELL FIRE EVERYONE IN THEIR REFURBISH DEPARTMENT BECAUSE THEY'RE WORTHLESS! THERE SHOULD BE A LAW AGAINST THIS. VERIZON NO LONGER TAKES CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I AM GOING TO TRY TO "LIVE" WITH THIS MOST RECENT REPLACEMENT (EVEN THOUGH I CAN'T REALLY USE THE CAMERA CAUSE THIS ONE CAME WITH SOMETHING INSIDE THE LENSE) UNTIL MY CONTRACT IS UP AND THEN WILL BE CANCELING VERIZON. :flamemad:
