I have been trying to lose weight and I have been walking 5 miles 3x a week. I just recently found out that 20 mins of hill sprints is equal to 45-60 mins of walking. I would like to try and cut down the time I spend and burn the same amount of calories in a week. Which is roughly 1300-1450 per week (not including weight training which I do twice a week.) I would like the question answered by a personal trainer or someone with a lot of experience.
