a. it depends on how big your books are
b. also you don't want to cram your bag full of stuff because it could hurt your back. you may want to consider buying 2 of each text book (used are cheaper and they'll usually give you a different one if the used book are in horrible condition, you can also just sell them back and you'll only have spent like 20 bucks per book) thats what i did and it works out great
