He does not control all three branches. He might have one more pick next year through retirement if nothing tragic happens. The Justices do not vote party line. No President has control over the court even though some thought they did and tried to stack the court.*
 
You are now trying to say that the Obama Administration is planning to what? Kill off Judges? Attack their families?


What sort of diseased mind comes up with a question like that?

If this were to happen how would it effect the constitution and its interpretation?

Would Obama have unlimited, unchecked power if he controlled all 3 branches?
I have an answer for these but I wanted to see someone else's perspective.
Obiviously you are not reading my question correctly besides I am not saying he is going to do anything I was just asking how many he would have to replace.
 
The High Court has 4 committed leftists and 4 mostly conservatives, plus 1 Republo-crat who waffles between ideologies. Replace him with another leftist and enjoy the ride on the crazy train! As is, the court says its ok for the government to seize your property and sell it to fat-cat private developers who will build better tax-generating property than the underclass people who owned it before. If the left gets one more consistent leftist on their side, then decisions like this will be frighteningly routine.
