How many square inches does a 16 ounce paint color sample cover?

from my 20 years as a interior designer, i'd would say 200

16 oz. = 1/8 gallon. With most good paint, you can get up to 400 sq. ft. from a gallon. If this is decent paint, you can get up to 50 sq. ft., or up to 7200 sq. in. Hope this helps.
