Do you think that it shaped your life and did it make you a healthier adult?

I still have muscles from when I pitched for a softball team years ago. So I feel like playing sports gave me an atheletic body even to this day when I do not play any sports.

Here is a list of every sport I have played (been in a team)

Softball (for 5 years)
Gymnastics (for 3 years)
Lacrosse (for 1 year)
Cross country track (1 year)
Powderpuff football (1 intense year)
Soccer (for 1 year when i was like 5)
**athletic body**

I played volleyball in 7th & 8th grade. They had very strenuous drills they made us do at practice. My legs benefited for sure. Before I had a car, I used to ride my bike from here to there. Then I started going to destinations, like a park where I would ride around (laps) looking for my friends to hang out with. This consumed the day with bike riding. Also, the beach was a favorite destination. This was a long trek which usually needed 1-2 breaks to get to. I found several "oasis' " in the shade and liked to rest at certain places. This made my legs so strong, almost pure muscle. Now I am 40, I still have great legs. Thin knees and thighs for free forever. Good Luck!

Nothing and it's sad...believe me I know...but I still got a pretty good bod...THANK GOD...lol

But seriously I'd love to take up yoga or chudo or even swimming...just something physical to keep a balance in my life...I'm tired of looking at my books all day

Currently, my exercise is through work at home but here's what I've done in the past
swimming
track (running, shot put and discus)
ballet, tap and jazz
gymnastics
and yoga intermittently
