How many rolls are they required to give out a week or a month in county jails

toilet paper, sorry. ;) one roll allowed per week per person; no exceptions...not allowed to purchase extra rolls. if you run out, too bad. is this acceptable?
 
I'm sure if they only give you 1 roll that is the policy. I'm also sure it's not law, simply corrections policy.

Best you learn to use just a few sheets at a time, and maybe save up on light weeks.
