i'm a 15 year old guy and i wanna get some serious abs. i have an ab lounge in my house but i was wondering how many sets/reps should i do and how often? also what are some different exercises i can do on it so i can work all of my ab muscles? thanks.
btw, don't give me any diet tips, i'm a pretty lean guy. this is all about the exercising lol
