quarters in 2010 as the "base period?"? In order to qualify for unemployment, GA DOL says one must work in 2 of the quarters in their "base" period. Well, the base period is currently only Jan-March and April thru June for 2010. They will not look at work earnings for July-Sept 2010 until January 2011. Shoud they look at the most recent completed quarter as well, for the base determination?
