What pistons?
What compression ratio?
How many miles on the engine?
How well is it maintained?
What fuel system?
What rods and crank?
What boost management system?
What CFM for the turbo?
10psi on a small turbo, and 10 psi on a large turbo, aren't the same. So asking for a boost number, is pretty pointless.
Etc and so forth.
There are a lot more factors to a turbo than just a boost level.....I recommend doing some research.....
