How many pounds can my Ford Ranger haul?

It is a Ford Ranger XLT Supercab 2WD 3.0 Liter V6 engine. It has a ball socket located in the bumper that is rated at 2000 lbs, and a second hitch bolted/welded to the frame rated at 3500 lbs. If any more information is needed please feel free to leave a message in the answers and I will post more info.
Neglected to mention it is a 2000 Ford Ranger.
