I don't know but what I do know is that these people are meant to be serving the country and its people, not screwing it for their own greedy pockets. Government ministers should not have perks. Just the concept smacks of conflict of interests.
IT'S one law for them and another for us, there should be an independent enquiry set up about this, the answer is a large NO to both, we're in a recession they should all be made to pay their way.
