...things pointed out by the? opposition was that people will be fined for not having insurance? Supporters said no one will be fined. Guess who told the truth.

Now we have Obama saying there will be fines but they will not be a backdoor increase on taxes. Opposition says it is an increase on taxes. I wonder who is telling the truth?
