proposal on this very subject .? To help my local arts council, I'm itemizing how each and every artist generate jobs;therefore we STIMULATE the economy in many ways ! I would greatly appreciate your help as I must present this tomorrow (8.13.9) at the council's budget meeting. So please do a breakdown on your own genre OR ,even if you don't do it yourself, one you know enough about to speak on. Example; papier mache sculpture:LOGGERS cut the trees to send by way of TRUCKERS to the PROCESSORS who make the paper to be shredded by machines manufactured by FACTORY WORKERS and sent to STORE OWNERS who sell it to you and me(I missed some steps like POSTAL WORKERS,GAS STATION PEOPLE and so on)...but WE ARTISTS generate A LOT of JOBS!!! Ask a MUSEUM CURATOR what they would do if there were no art! So please, answer ASAP!!! Art... when you look at...there's nothing "fluffy" about it!

Art is not a four-letter word. Thanx!
