problem is in order to win the attack here in yahoo one needs a account over level 3....and most are history before that!!!f.p
another problem is just what is "offinsive" could be anything at all that the attacker wants it to be...so goes the account!!!f.p
If one is feels insulted ,what is the best of the report reasons to use as the report button is clicked!!! 3-2-1 fire or ?
yes report only Clear violations of the unclear and useless guidlines at ones own judgment &will.that sums it up best don,t you think!!!
 
I think there are a lot of narrow minded, young, ignorant people on here that can't stand anothers point of view.
 
Judging by the partial question that one can see, I do not see much false reporting.
 
my personal favorite is when you get 4 or 5 violations within a short time span, some from a question or answer weeks (or more) prior!! ... as if they were on a mission, methodically going thru each of your q&a's!
