I have mine all planned out in my head.. My boyfriend and I have talked about getting married next year, and for the most part I have my ideal wedding all planned out.. thankfully he is ok with what ever I do..

Most of it we are paying for, except for the place, it will be my daughters aunts back yard, hers is hug, several acres.

I have already pick out flowers, decorations, a type of cake, a dress, what I would like him in. invitations styles. music.

I have had most of this planned in my head even before I met him..

am I the only one..?

Nope my husband was in everything and wanted an input on everything. I think that's the way it should be because it's not just your wedding but it's his also.

No you're not the only one. Many women plan their wedding at a young age, before they actually meet the man they want to marry. I started thinking about mine when I was 15.

Honestly, I didnt give it any thought until I got engaged.
I daydreamed about marrying my boyfriend...but not the actual wedding.

I am sure a lot of girls do though.

However keep in mind you might not keep all those ideas you have decided. Stay flexible in case something is out of season, or family members (including your FH) may have opinions as well.
My wedding now is almost nothing like the way it originally started. The only thing that hasnt changed is I am wearing an ivory/champagne dress.

I'm a guy and I had many things figured out before I knew my wife.

When it was time for us to start, most of the planning was easy. I showed her what I had in mind and when we looked at the different venues and stuff, she loved that it wasn't so frantic.

Since I had different choices to present to her, we discussed and chose what we both liked.
