actually graduated from one? I've been to three, Northeastern, Columbia, & National-Louis, & have never had a professor attempt to indoctrinate me.
In fact, my history professors openly attacked Howard Zinn for his use of secondary sources.

My father is a Fox News watcher--or, he used to be. He's gotten kind of fed up with them lately. Anyway, in 2005 my older son graduated from an excellent liberal arts college. My dad came with us to the ceremony and remarked later that he was glad that none of the commencement speeches had gotten "political." I told him that this was not surprising at all to me; this was no place for political statements, and that contrary to what he was being told on Fox News, a college education does not consist on constant left-wing political proselytizing.
He was very happy at my younger son's college graduation, where George HW Bush gave the main address. He didn't get political, either.

yes, they have been indoctrinated with their marxist professor's philosophy and are ruined if they don't learn to think for themself.

I agree with enlightened conservative. Professors often do have the luxury to teach was is in essence their theory. I run into a lot of people that debate using what they learned in college for talking points. One of my best friends does it all the time, his entire political belief came from the university.
I've seen many people right here on Y!A claim their answers as absolute by citing the fact that they have a degree.
But I'd still say I'm sure it doesn't happen all the time.
But an indoctrinated person does not know they are, that's the whole point of indoctrination.

Only the uneducated and ignorant argue indoctrination. The educations system tells the truth and those people arguing indoctrination can't handle the truth.
They are just way too ignorant and make stupid excuses just because the experts and education proves them wrong.
