How many MPH under the speed limit does a car have to be going before you honk?

Not a tractor, or a truck carrying a heavy load, or someone who is obviously lost.... but a normal looking car (no emergency flashers) that is drving WAY slow on a long stretch of road that you cannot pass them on.

A few MPH, I understand, but say you are on a road with a 50 MPH limit and they are driving 35, and have been for a long time with no sign of speeding up anytime soon.

What is your opinion on this? Just curious! I never know if it's "okay" to honk. I'm curious to see people's reactions.
 
past about 5-10 under I'd be honking or otherwise passing them illegally more than likely... it really bothers me...


But in what you described I'd be wanting to RAM Them up to speed...

I acted on it yet, but stuff like that can make me get some serious (and sometimes silly) road rage..
