How many megabytes would a TV show that is 45 minutes long and in good quality be?

i dont need blu ray or 1080p, i am not to picky on having the best of the best, but 720 is fine

Depends on the video compression. If it's an extremely compressed format, like wmv... Somewhere between 200mb and 800mb. If it's a raw .avi, then probably around 5GB.
