How many hours would i have to spend on the exercise bike to lose 10 pounds? ?

im 14 years old and i weigh 147 pounds nd 5`3 i use to weigh 165 pounds but i stopped with the soda and started drinking water only . so i was wondering if every wednesday when i have after school fitness club how many hours would i have to spend on the bike to lose that much weight in a couple of weeks

oo yea im allowed to be in the room from 3:30 to 5:30. serious answers please.
if you say to do push up and crunches at home how many should i do?

and i go to gym class everyday for 30mins also
 
i would work out a hour a day on the bike and work ur self up higher.

u will need about 2weeks to lose 10 pounds
 
no more than an hour at a comfortable speed. if it's only gona be a once a week thing then its going to be hard. be sure to do cardio while at your house. running and crunches and try to do push ups
 
do about 10 crunches or more everyday or hour,on the left,right, and the middle and pushups maybe 5 everyhour or more if you'd like everyday, just dont over do it cause ul be tired the next day if its bin a long time since uv workedout and drink water, stretch esp when sore it helps and sleep good so you wont feel fatigued
