How many hours does it take to build a bike?

If I can get all the components, wheels, frame, fork, handle bars, shifters, etc for a road bike--How quickly should the bike shop be able to build the bike?

How many labor hours usually and how much would it cost to build it? Do shops usually guarantee their work for a period of time, say 1 year?
