How many hours did you have before you soloed

Also, if you guys have time to read, but there was a problem today when doing my PSTAR exam. I studied so hard for it and today the guy marked it and I got a mark of 18/50 Failed I know. But listen to this, I showed the guy the site I studied from and it had the answer and the reference. And when I showed him the answer he marked wrong was right on the site I studied. Is his sheet outdated or what?
